The Apple Standard End User License Agreement applies to the Magpye iOS application. These product notices do not replace that agreement.

What Magpye does

Magpye organizes public marketplace information, user-defined Watch criteria, and estimates based on available evidence. Magpye does not act as a buyer, seller, broker, appraiser, marketplace, payment processor, or contracting party.

Private-beta connector processing

Magpye may send Watch search criteria to an enabled marketplace's official API, cache shared public listing facts for a limited period, and store account-owned Watch, diagnostic, match, valuation, Inbox, freshness, and lifecycle records needed to operate the service. Magpye does not send your Magpye user identifier or marketplace password with direct provider search requests and does not collect marketplace passwords.

Connector availability, search coverage, result freshness, quotas, and retention may differ by provider. Current availability is shown on the integration-status page.

No automated transactions

Magpye does not place bids, submit offers, purchase items, alter listings, message sellers, or complete checkout. Users investigate and transact directly with the original marketplace.

Estimates and seller claims

Metal values and potential deal indicators are estimates based on seller-provided information, public listing data, reference rates, and configured assumptions. Magpye does not verify authenticity, purity, weight, condition, shipping, taxes, fees, availability, or resale value and does not provide financial, legal, tax, or investment advice.

Marketplace names and links

Etsy, eBay, Bonanza, and other marketplace names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Their appearance in Magpye does not imply endorsement, certification, sponsorship, or partnership. The original marketplace’s terms govern use of its service and any transaction completed there.

The term “Etsy” is a trademark of Etsy, Inc. This application uses the Etsy API but is not endorsed or certified by Etsy, Inc.

Acceptable use and service changes

Do not use Magpye to violate marketplace rules, intellectual-property rights, law, or another person’s rights. Integrations may be limited, changed, suspended, or removed when access terms, quotas, security, or provider availability change.

Remote marketplace-match push alerts are not part of the current private beta. Magpye will publish updated notices before enabling material new notification or data-processing behavior.
