1. Eligibility and account

You must be legally able to enter into these Terms. You are responsible for the security of your account and for activity performed through it. Do not use Magpye where doing so would violate applicable law or marketplace rules.

2. Informational service

Magpye is an informational listing-discovery and precious-metal valuation tool. Magpye is not an appraiser, authenticator, broker, marketplace, seller, purchasing agent, fiduciary, financial adviser, tax adviser, or legal adviser. Magpye does not physically inspect items.

3. Verification and purchase responsibility

Magpye's Watches, matches, alerts, prices, scores, valuations, melt values, margins, and other estimates may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate. You are responsible for independently verifying every original listing, seller, item, authenticity, purity, weight, condition, stones, availability, total cost, return policy, marketplace protection, and current market data before deciding whether to purchase or otherwise act.

4. Third-party listings and transactions

Listings and seller claims originate with third-party marketplaces and sellers. Magpye does not control or endorse them. Magpye does not buy, bid, submit offers, process payments, hold funds, arrange shipping, or control a marketplace transaction. The applicable marketplace's and seller's terms govern any transaction you choose to enter.

5. Estimates and no professional advice

Estimates are based on available marketplace data, seller-provided information, user input, market references, and configured assumptions. Listing content, price, availability, seller status, and market prices can change. Magpye does not guarantee accuracy, authenticity, value, resale proceeds, savings, or profit, and does not provide investment, financial, tax, or legal advice.

6. Service availability

Magpye is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. Features, integrations, coverage, quotas, and availability may change, be interrupted, or be withdrawn. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

7. Limitation of responsibility

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Magpye is not responsible for losses arising from a transaction you choose to enter based on a Watch, match, alert, valuation, score, estimate, or other information provided by Magpye. Magpye is not a party to transactions between users, sellers, and marketplaces. This limitation does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Acceptable use

Do not misuse Magpye, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, use marketplace credentials that are not yours, evade provider limits, or use Magpye to violate law, intellectual-property rights, marketplace terms, or another person's rights.

9. Changes and reacceptance

Magpye may update these Terms as the service changes. If a change is material, Magpye will require you to review and affirmatively accept the new version before continuing to use account and cloud features. Acceptance receipts for prior versions may be retained with your account.

10. Apple and marketplace terms

The Apple Standard End User License Agreement applies to the Magpye iOS application. Apple is not responsible for Magpye's service or content. You must also comply with applicable third-party marketplace terms.
