Magpye is in a private iOS beta. We can help with accounts, Watches, marketplace integrations, privacy, and TestFlight feedback.

Contact [email protected]. Please include the app build number, what you expected, what happened, and the marketplace involved.

Do not send passwords, one-time codes, marketplace credentials, API keys, full payment details, or other secrets.

TestFlight feedback

Testers can also take a screenshot in the beta and submit feedback through Apple TestFlight. Screenshots may contain personal information, so review them before sending.

Account and privacy requests

For permanent account deletion, use the in-app control or follow the account-deletion instructions. Read the privacy policy for details about the data Magpye processes.

Listing and valuation questions

Marketplace listings and metal-value estimates are informational. Magpye does not verify seller claims, authenticity, purity, weight, condition, availability, or profit. Confirm important facts with the original marketplace and an appropriate professional before buying.
