Account deletion

Delete your account from Magpye.

Permanent account deletion is available inside the app. You do not need to contact support to use it.

Delete in the app

  1. Open Magpye and sign in to the account you want to delete.
  2. Open the Account screen.
  3. Select “Permanently delete account.”
  4. Review the warning and confirm “Delete account.”

What deletion removes

Deletion removes the associated Magpye profile, Watches, marketplace selections, and account preferences from Magpye’s database. The app also clears the signed-in account’s local working data when the deletion completes.

Apple authorization

Deleting Magpye data does not automatically remove Magpye from your Apple ID’s “Sign in with Apple” list. You can revoke that authorization separately in iPhone Settings under your Apple ID and Sign in with Apple.

If you cannot access the app

Email [email protected] with the subject “Magpye account deletion request.” We may need to verify account ownership before acting. Never send your Apple password or a one-time verification code.
